Palai Bada, Minangkabau Cuisine Unique Taste

Have you ever tried tasting Pepes in Bahasa Indonesia ??
Well, if for those who already frequent tongue to taste the Pepes would not be dumb to try this dish,
called Palai Bada in Baso Minang. Consisting of fresh fish, coconuts,
and other spices. Let us try to make it, guaranteed you’ll like family.

Ingredients:

1 ounce fresh anchov
1 btr shredded coconut
5 red onions
1 whole garlic
5 pieces of red chilli
2 pieces of turmeric leaf, finely sliced
4 cm turmeric
1 sheet of orange leaves
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Direction:

Pound shallots, garlic with salt. Puree until smooth.
Then enter the red chillies, turmeric, finely minced.
Then proceed with lime leaves and coconut mengiling (coconut be shredded) which has been shredded.
Mix well. Wrap the dough with banana leaf, folding and valves.
Grilled with medium heat, back and forth, and wait up to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
